US ISP Proxies and US Residential Proxies, Beside Our Mobile Lines

USAProx is built on dedicated American mobile lines, and most of our customers stay on them. Some jobs want something else: a fixed address that reads as a home broadband customer and stays the same for months, or a few gigabytes spread across thousands of residential IPs in any country. Both now sit in the same dashboard as the mobile lines. US ISP proxies are static addresses on real US carrier and cable networks, priced per IP per month. US residential proxies are rotating data, priced per GB, with a rotating mobile pool beside them. This page lists every line, every price and the rules that come with them.

Static US ISP proxies, per IP per month

An ISP proxy is one fixed IPv4 address registered to a real carrier or cable company, routed through a datacenter rack in Virginia. It does not rotate and nobody else uses it while it is yours. Pick the network, the number of addresses and the term; the whole order shares one login.

Rotating residential and mobile data, per GB

Residential data comes from a pool of real home connections in 190+ countries, metered by the gigabyte. You buy data, then generate as many proxy lists as you like: pick a country, narrow to a state, city or ASN, and decide whether each request gets a new address or keeps one for up to 30 minutes. The rotating mobile pool works the same way on shared 4G and 5G addresses.

Which line fits which job

Our dedicated mobile lines remain the answer for anything that has to look like one American phone for a long time: account work, app testing, a steady social presence. You rent the modem and the SIM, the data is unlimited, and the address is yours alone.

A static ISP proxy is for the opposite need: an address that must not change. Think of a seller account that logs in from the same place every day, a dashboard that whitelists one IP, or a monitoring script that should look like the same household every morning. ISP addresses are fast, since they leave from a rack rather than a cell tower, and they stay put for the whole month.

Residential data is for breadth. When a crawl has to touch a site from hundreds of different homes in a particular state, or when you need a Brazilian or German address for an afternoon, a few gigabytes of rotating residential data does it without renting a line in each place. The rotating mobile pool adds shared 4G and 5G addresses for the sites that treat mobile traffic more gently than broadband.

What a US ISP proxy from USAProx includes

Every static ISP line is a real IPv4 address announced by the network named on it: AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, RCN or T-Mobile in the United States, with DTAG in the United Kingdom and Orange in France for buyers who need a European address. Canadian Telus lines exist in the catalogue but are sold out at the moment. Lookups return the carrier as the owner and Virginia as the location for the US lines.

Orders start at 10 addresses and run 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. One order gets one login: a username and password that works on every IP in the batch, an IP whitelist if you would rather not store a password, or a SOCKS5 login for tools that want it. You can switch the login type later from My Proxies, and it regenerates the credentials for the whole order.

The AT&T Native line costs $4 per IP per month; AT&T Fresh, Comcast, Frontier, RCN, DTAG and Orange are $2.40 per IP per month; T-Mobile Legacy is $2.10 per IP per month. Native addresses have been on the carrier longer, Fresh ones are newer to the proxy market, and Legacy is the budget pick. Ten T-Mobile addresses for a month come to $21.

  • Networks: AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, RCN, T-Mobile; DTAG and Orange outside the US
  • Minimum 10 IPs per order, terms of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months
  • One login per order: username and password, IP whitelist or SOCKS5
  • Renews by the month; auto-renew from your balance is optional

How US residential proxies work here

You do not buy an address; you buy data. Rotating residential data costs $2 per GB, and the gigabytes never expire, so a 5 GB order bought today is still there in six months. When the balance runs low you top it up from the same screen, and if you want it to top itself up you can set an amount that is added whenever less than a tenth is left.

Generating a list takes a minute. Pick the country, add a state, city or ASN if the job needs one, choose rotating or sticky, and say how many lines you want. Each line is a ready host, port, username and password. A rotating line hands every request a different home address; a sticky line keeps one for the minutes you set, up to 30, which is enough for a login, a cart or a form.

Only the data you move through the proxies counts. A list you generated and never used costs nothing, and you can generate as many as you like against one order.

The rotating mobile pool

The mobile pool is shared 4G and 5G data at $10 per GB. It is not one of our dedicated lines: the addresses belong to a large pool of real phones, your traffic shares them with other users, and you target by country, state or city rather than picking a modem. What you get is a mobile address for sites that score cellular traffic higher than home broadband, without committing to a line.

If you need the same mobile address for days, a dedicated USAProx line is the better buy and usually the cheaper one. If you need two hundred different mobile addresses in Texas for an hour, the pool is the better buy. Many customers run both: a dedicated line for the accounts, pool data for the checks.

Buying, renewing and refunds

Everything is sold from your USAProx dashboard, paid from your balance. Buy Proxy now has three choices: Mobile for our dedicated lines, Residential for the two per-GB pools, and ISP for static addresses. Prices are quoted live before you pay, and the order appears on My Proxies the moment it is placed. The Telegram bot sells the same lines.

ISP orders expire at the end of their term. Turn auto-renew on and the next month is paid from your balance; leave it off and you get a reminder three days before the end. Extending adds months at the price you paid. Removing an ISP order early stops the addresses at once and is not refunded, because the carrier side does not give the month back.

Residential and mobile pool orders have no end date. If you remove one within seven days, the unused gigabytes go back to your balance at the price you paid; after that the data simply stays yours to use.

Reading the price list honestly

Every figure on this page is the price USAProx charges in its dashboard today, and the tables above are generated from the same catalogue the checkout reads, so they cannot drift apart. ISP prices are per IP per month and scale with the order: 10 AT&T Native addresses are $40 a month. Residential data is $2 per GB flat, mobile pool data is $10 per GB flat, with no tiers to decode.

For comparison, a dedicated USAProx 4G line is $5 a day or $65 a month with unlimited data, and a 5G line is $6 a day or $75 a month. If the job moves more than about 30 GB a month through one address, the dedicated line wins on price as well as on trust.

US ISP and residential proxies: questions before you buy

What is the difference between a US ISP proxy and a US residential proxy?

An ISP proxy is a single static address registered to a carrier or cable company and served from a rack, so it is fast and never changes. A residential proxy is a rotating pool of real home connections, metered per GB, where every request can leave from a different house. ISP for a fixed identity, residential for breadth.

Where are the ISP proxies located?

The US lines are racked in Virginia and read as the carrier named on them: AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, RCN or T-Mobile. DTAG lines read as the United Kingdom and Orange lines as France. If you need a specific US city on a fixed address, a dedicated USAProx mobile line in that city is the closer match.

What is the smallest ISP order?

Ten addresses, for one month. At $2.10 per IP per month on T-Mobile Legacy that is $21; on AT&T Native at $4 per IP per month it is $40. Add more addresses or months at checkout.

Do all the IPs in an ISP order share one login?

Yes. One order is one username and password (or one whitelist, or one SOCKS5 login) that works on every address in it. If you need separate logins for separate clients, place separate orders.

Does residential data expire?

No. Gigabytes you buy stay on the order until you use them. Top up whenever you like, or turn on auto top-up so a set amount is added when less than a tenth is left.

Can I target a city or an ASN with residential proxies?

Yes. When you generate a list you choose the country and can narrow it to a state, a city or an ASN. The mobile pool takes country, state and city. Sticky sessions hold an address for up to 30 minutes; rotating hands every request a new one.

Is the rotating mobile pool the same as a USAProx mobile line?

No. A USAProx line is one SIM in one modem rented to you alone, with unlimited data. The pool is shared 4G and 5G data at $10 per GB, targeted by city or state, with addresses that belong to many phones. Use the pool for volume and variety, the line for a steady identity.

What happens when I remove an order?

An ISP order stops immediately and the remaining time is not refunded. A residential or mobile pool order removed within seven days returns its unused gigabytes to your balance at the price you paid.
