Does the IP resolve to Arizona in US geo databases?
Yes, to Phoenix or Arizona, which is the metro or state level at which carrier addresses are geolocated. A gateway change can briefly place an address in a neighboring metro; rotating usually resolves it. No US carrier IP resolves to a specific city or zip code on request.
Can I select Tucson or Flagstaff within Arizona?
No. Phoenix is our only Arizona location, and carrier geolocation stops at the state or metro anyway, so a Phoenix line already gives the Arizona reading for jobs aimed at Tucson, Flagstaff, Yuma or Prescott audiences. A city-precise address is not something any mobile proxy can provide.
