USAProx Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026. This is the agreement between you and USAProx ("we," "us," "our"). We kept it short and wrote it the way we talk, because nobody should need a lawyer to buy a mobile proxy. When you sign up, fund your account or push traffic through one of our lines, you are telling us you read these terms and you are good with them. If something here does not sit right with you, the honest move is to not use the service, and we would rather you ask us first.
What you are actually buying
USAProx rents out dedicated American mobile proxy lines. Every line is a real piece of hardware sitting in one of our US metros: a 4G or 5G USB modem, a 4G or 5G router, or an Android phone, running on its own AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon SIM. You choose the hardware and the carrier when you check out, and what is on the shelf depends on the city.
You get HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 access, with UDP over SOCKS5, plus sticky sessions or rotation whenever you want it through a link or the API. The IP addresses belong to the carrier, come out of that carrier's regional pool, and will repeat now and then over a day. That is how mobile networks work, and it is not a defect. Speed depends on signal. We run the gear as well as we can, but we do not promise a particular address, a particular speed on a given minute, or any result on somebody else's website.
Who is allowed to sign up
You have to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. If you sign up for a business, you are confirming you have the authority to agree for it. Keep your password, your API keys and your proxy credentials to yourself. Whatever happens under your login is on you, so if you think somebody got in, tell us right away and we will reset things.
Paying for it
Everything at USAProx is paid up front. You either top up an account balance and spend it on plans, or pay for a daily, weekly or monthly plan directly at checkout. Renewals are paid before the new period starts. We can change prices down the road, but a new price never touches time you already paid for.
One line, one customer. While your plan is running, that device works for you and nobody else. Refunds, outage credits and chargebacks follow our Refund Policy, and that page counts as part of this agreement.
Things you cannot do
Use our lines for lawful work only, and play by the rules of every site and service you connect to. A proxy changes the route your traffic takes. It does not change the rules. Here is what gets an account shut down:
- fraud, phishing, scams or pretending to be someone you are not
- spam or any unsolicited bulk messaging
- spreading malware or running a botnet
- denial-of-service floods or any other attack on a network
- credential stuffing or hammering login pages with stolen passwords
- breaking into systems, accounts or data you have no right to
- child sexual abuse material, with no exceptions and a report to authorities
- sending or hosting content that infringes someone's copyright or trademark
- breaking the terms of a third-party platform you use through our lines
When we get a complaint
We do not read what you send through a line. We do take abuse reports seriously when they come in from carriers, websites, network operators or law enforcement. To look into one, we may check connection records tied to the line, ask you what happened, and switch the line or the whole account off while we sort it out. If the report holds up, we can close the account for good. When the law requires us to answer a valid legal request, we will.
Our stuff stays ours
The USAProx site, dashboard, API, docs and name belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. You can use them to run your lines. You cannot copy them, hand access to somebody else, or pull them apart to see how they tick without asking us in writing.
Where our responsibility ends
The service comes as it is and as it is available, and the law lets us say that we give no other promises, including that it fits some particular purpose. We are not on the hook for indirect or knock-on losses, lost profits or data, a business that stalls, or a ban some platform puts on your account. If we do end up owing you anything, the most we will pay is what you paid USAProx in the 30 days before the problem started.
If your use of the service, a break of these terms, or a break of the law or someone else's rights lands us with a claim, you agree to cover us for it.
Ending things
You can walk away any time. We can suspend or close an account for a break of these terms, for abuse, or when the law or a compliance issue makes us, and we may not always be able to warn you first.
Changes, the law and getting hold of us
When we update these terms we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Keep using the service after that and you are on the new version. These terms fall under the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the operator of USAProx is organized. If you have a beef with us, bring it to support first and give us a fair shot at fixing it. You can reach a real person day or night at support@usaprox.com or on Telegram at @usaprox_bot.
