How USAProx Handles Refunds
Last updated: September 25, 2026. A lot of proxy sellers hide behind "all sales final." We do not. If you pay us for a line and it does not do the job we described, you should not be out the money. Below is every situation where you get cash back or time back, plus the handful where you do not. Support uses this exact page to decide requests, so what you read here is what you get. No fine print tucked away somewhere else, no special exceptions for the people who complain the loudest.
A new line that does not work
You bought a new line and it is not working the way we said it would. Let us know within 24 hours of buying it. Support will try to fix it first, and if that fails, try moving it to a different metro or carrier that does work. If none of that gets you going, we refund that order in full.
The sooner you speak up, the better. Most first-day trouble is a bad fit between the line and the city or carrier, and a move usually fixes it in minutes.
When the problem is on our end
If a line goes dark because of our hardware or our network, you get at least the lost time added back to your plan. We try to do that without being asked. If you notice it did not happen, tell support and we will put it on.
Money you have not spent yet
Balance sitting in your account that has not gone toward a plan is still your money. Ask for it within 30 days of the top-up and we will send it back. How it comes back depends on how it came in:
- Card or PayPal: refunded to the same card or PayPal account you paid with.
- Crypto: sent back in the same coin you paid with, worth the USD amount we credited, less the network fee.
- Zelle or bank wire: returned to the account that sent it, less any fee the bank charges.
A renewal you did not mean to buy
Plans can renew on their own, and sometimes that is not what you wanted. If a plan renewed and the line has not been used since, ask within 24 hours of the renewal. We will reverse it and put the money back in your balance, where the unused-balance rule above takes over if you want it paid out.
What does not get refunded
Fair is fair in both directions. These are off the table:
- time you already used on a line that was working fine
- changing your mind once the first 24 hours are over
- accounts we closed for abuse or for breaking our terms
- a block or ban from a third-party site or app, since that site's call is not a problem with our line
How to ask
Send an email to support@usaprox.com or a message to @usaprox_bot on Telegram, and tell us which order or line it is about. A line or two on what went wrong and when it started helps us move faster, and a screenshot of any error does not hurt either. Someone will get back to you within one business day. If we approve the refund, it goes out within five business days. Card and PayPal refunds can take a few extra days to land on your statement, because the bank or PayPal moves at its own pace.
Before you file a chargeback
Please talk to us first. We can nearly always settle it faster than a bank can. If a chargeback or payment dispute does get opened, the account is put on hold until that dispute is closed out.
Think we got a call wrong? Reply on the same support thread and ask for someone to take another look. We would rather hear about it than lose you over it.
Questions
Is there a free trial instead?
Our daily plan is the low-risk way to try a line, and the 24-hour new-line guarantee covers you if it does not work as described.
Do I get refunded if a website bans my account?
No. A platform's ban is that platform's decision, not a fault with the line, so it is not covered.
