USAProx Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026. Short version: we keep what we need to run your account and get paid, we do not snoop on your traffic, and we do not sell anything about you to anybody. The longer version is below, broken down by where the information comes from. If you want to know exactly what we hold on your account, write to support@usaprox.com and we will tell you.
When you make an account
Signing up takes an email address and a password. A name is optional, and you can skip it. We never keep your password as typed; we store a scrambled hash of it. We also log sign-ins, so we can spot a login that does not look like you.
The registration form runs a reCAPTCHA check to keep automated sign-ups out. Once you are in, the dashboard keeps you logged in with a session so you are not typing your password on every click.
When you pay us
How much we see depends on how you pay:
- Cards go through Stripe checkout, and PayPal goes through PayPal. They handle the card or account details. We never see or keep a full card number.
- Crypto payments in Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum leave us the public transaction hash and the address, the same things anyone can look up on the blockchain.
- Zelle and bank wire payments leave us the sender's name and the payment reference, which is how we match the money to your account.
When you use a proxy line
This is the part most people care about. We do not look inside your traffic, and we do not record it. The pages you open, the data you post and the responses you get back are yours.
What we can see is the outside of the envelope: things like when connections happen, how much data a line moved, and which addresses are connecting to your line. That kind of information is used to keep the network running, to bill correctly, to protect the service from misuse and to answer an abuse report if one comes in about an address on your line.
When you just browse the site
The public USAProx website does not drop tracking cookies and does not run any third-party analytics. You can read every page without being followed around. Our free IP checker and proxy checker work by asking public IP-lookup services about the address you enter, and nothing from that check is saved on our end.
When you talk to us on Telegram
Our Telegram bot, @usaprox_bot, is optional. If you choose to use it, we keep the conversation so support can see what you already told us. If you would rather stick to email, that works just as well.
Who else gets it
Your personal data is not for sale to anyone. Period. Information only leaves our hands when it has to for the service to work, such as the payment companies above processing your payment, or when a valid legal request obligates us to hand something over.
How long it stays on file
Account information stays as long as your account is open. Billing records are a different story: tax and accounting rules make us hang on to them for as long as the law requires, and that can run past the day you close your account.
What you can ask for
You can ask to see the personal information we have on you, fix anything that is wrong, get a copy to take elsewhere, or have it deleted. Email support@usaprox.com from the address on your account so we know it is really you. If some record has to stay because the law says so, we will tell you which one and why.
USAProx is for adults. Nobody under 18 is allowed to use it, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a fresh date.
